As a National Career Development Association (NCDA) Certified Career Counselor, Drews enjoys helping individuals find success using approaches like Social Cognitive Career Theory, Career Construction Counseling, and Hope-Action techniques. He shared his expertise at the 2023 and 2024 NCDA Global conferences, presenting on experiential learning and themes of hope. His professional affiliations include Chi Sigma Omega, Omicron Delta Kappa, NCDA, the Ohio Career Development Association, and the Ohio Association of College Admissions Counseling.
